This Privacy Policy explains how Kaizens ("we", "our", or "us"), operating the platform at [https://marketing.kaizens.net](https://marketing.kaizens.net), collects, uses, processes, and protects your information when you access our services, connect third-party platforms, or use our social media publishing and management tools.

By accessing or using our service, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

1. Information We Collect

A. Information You Provide Directly

  • Account Information: Name, email address, password, and profile preferences when you register an account.

  • Content & Media: Text, images, links, videos, and scheduling metadata that you create, schedule, or publish through the platform.

B. Information Collected via Third-Party Integrations (Meta / Facebook Platform)

When you connect your Facebook account or Facebook Pages to our service via Facebook Login, we request permissions to access specific information necessary to operate the tools:

  • User & Profile Data: Public profile identifiers (App-scoped User ID).

  • Managed Pages Data: List of Facebook Pages you administer (pages_show_list).

  • Page Management & Publishing Permissions: Page access tokens, Page IDs, Page names, and permissions required to read engagement metrics (pages_read_engagement) and publish scheduled posts on your behalf (pages_manage_posts).

  • Business Management: Business assets and page associations necessary to manage content streams (business_management).

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the data collected strictly to provide, maintain, and optimize our platform services:

  • To authenticate your identity and facilitate social media account connections.

  • To schedule and automatically publish posts, media, and updates to your designated Facebook Pages as configured by you.

  • To display your connected Pages and relevant publication statuses within your user dashboard.

  • To provide troubleshooting, customer support, and system security alerts.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data or Meta user data to third parties or advertising networks.

3. Data Storage, Security, and Retention

  • Storage & Encryption: All access tokens, credentials, and user data are stored on secure servers with restricted access and standard encryption protocols (HTTPS/TLS in transit and encrypted tokens at rest).

  • Retention Period: We retain your account data and integration tokens only for as long as your account remains active on marketing.kaizens.net or as needed to provide our services. If you disconnect a social channel or delete your account, associated access tokens and publishing schedules are removed from our active database.

4. User Data Deletion Instructions

In accordance with Meta Platform Terms and data privacy regulations, you have full control over the data we hold and can request its deletion at any time:

Option 1: Disconnect via Your Kaizens Dashboard

  1. Log in to your account at [https://marketing.kaizens.net](https://marketing.kaizens.net).

  2. Navigate to your Connected Accounts / Channels settings.

  3. Locate the connected Facebook Page or account and click Disconnect or Delete. This will revoke and delete our stored access tokens for that account.

Option 2: Remove the Integration via Facebook

  1. Log in to your Facebook account and go to Settings & Privacy > Settings.

  2. Go to Apps and Websites (or visit: https://www.facebook.com/settings?tab=applications).

  3. Locate your Kaizens/Stackposts application and click Remove.

  4. Click View Removed Apps and Websites, select the app, and click Send Request to submit an automated data deletion notification to our platform.

Option 3: Manual Deletion Request

You may submit a request to permanently delete all personal data and Meta-associated data held by our service:

  • Email: privacy@kaizens.net (or support@kaizens.net)

  • Subject line: Data Deletion Request - Facebook App

  • Details needed: The email address associated with your Kaizens account and/or your Facebook Page Name/ID.

Requests will be processed and confirmed within 30 business days.

5. Third-Party Services

Our platform interfaces with Meta (Facebook API) and other social platforms. Your use of these third-party platforms is governed by their respective privacy policies and terms of service:
